The kitchen is much like the fire ground; part chaos, part technique, part fire and part perseverance. All are needed to create a successful dish. But it all starts with what we affectionately call in the fire service an Action Plan. It falls into three parts for our purposes; Fuel(AKA- ingredients), Tools (AKA- equipment and appliances) and Tactics (AKA- directions).
